Questions about bulge

All my life I have been wearing baggy pants, and boxers, because I preferred things hanging. I still do, but sometimes I wear boxer briefs, like women who wear bras. As I am getting older, I'm starting to wear snugger clothing to show my body, but since I am thin, it shows my butt and dick off. My question is should I hide this, or be confident and act like it's not there?

Be confident and don't hide it. I don't see anything that is not fit for public view. If you need to "hide" just leave your shirt tail out in front and back in your casul dress mode, it will cover it up.
