I was wondering how many of the things said in those "OH: blah blah blah on the bus today" posts are actually things that somebody really did overhear, or if they just made it up in their head and thought HOLY SHIT that's fucking hilarious/brilliant/witty and I simply MUST post it on Facebook but...... just so that people don't think I'm a weirdo....I'll go ahead and add an "Overheard" disclaimer

Anyone ever walk past someone who has been telling an amazing story, but the only thing you hear as you come within hearing distance is something along the lines of "... and, if not for that camel, I wouldn't have made it through college." and that tiny bit just rattles around in your brain the rest of the day as your brain will not let it go until you come up with something to put in front of that semi statement or else risk going mad.

Paying your bills by EFT. It disappears out of your account instantly, but yet can take up to 3 to 6 days to be verified by another financial institution. Take Bpay, they pride themselves on transactions which are supposed to be instant transfer, or next business day, yet if it is going to pay one financial institution, from another, it can take up to that mysterious 3 to 6 days.

Reminds me of that scene in Willy Wonka...Wonka Vision....it disappears into millions of tiny pixels, flies through the air to be then regenerated again. Just where does it disappear to between the time it disappears instantly, to the time it reappears again.

Maybe banks have their transfer station on mars or something.
