Mr Robot is actually a pretty good show. It does trail into a certain type of territory by the end of the season but if you're a curious one it should definitely be on the list.

I still look left and right, does not matter what the "walk" or " don't walk" light says.

I do the same and tend to speed walk / run across the street even if people seem to be stopped (cars are still much heavier than I). There is always that a-hole that decides that they need to violently swerve into the bike lane / shoulder and speed pass all the stopped cars.
