He's not really my type, but was watching National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation with this scene that showed Randy Quaid with a huge bulge down his thigh. Not sure if anyone else seen it.

Ahhh yes, I love that movie AND scene, however I prefer his brother, Dennis.
Seems like I read somewhere though that Randy when interviewed said that "package" shot was for tongue-in-cheek purpose.

I also saw the scene in Christmas Vacation and have the DVD. When he and Chevy Chase are pushing shopping cart in store Quaid definitely shows a HUGE bulge. I have climaxed more than once to that scene. It's the only scene in show where he shows but it is so HOT! His pants are really tight. It may be stuffing but it sure looks like the real thing.
It's a joke I believe. Later in the movie after he kidnaps Clark's boss, the boss' wife says something along the lines of "...a monstrous, bulging man...!" when describing cousin Eddie to the cops on the phone.

In the first frame (far left) that guy has a whole lot more meat than Randy. Is that Sam Bottoms?
I also believe it was a joke. Indeed if you listen to the commentary by the cast on the DVD they mention that it's a miniature bottle of liquor stuffed down his pants. That was talked about in this thread not that long ago. I don't know if I believe it's a bottle, but seeing that nude pic linked to above I think it's obvious something else caused that bulge.

From reading, it seems he insisted on padding his crotch with a codpiece (see attached picture of said codpiece) for scheduled for broadway production of "Lone Star Love". He began not showing up for pre-broadway performances, but rather allowed his understudy to act his part instead. He and the producers fell out, the broadway opening was canned, and it just goes to show that men who wear codpieces malign the diginity of the truly hung, and naught but ill can come of it....even when you're adapting Shake Spears' False Staff, you have do your part no matter how little it might be.

I always wondered about that scene in Christmas Vacation, but I figured it was fake, even tho it looks good! I wonder why they chose to have that in a "family" movie? He even grabs it to make it more obvious. BTW, he had great abs in that younger pic. Just like Dennis. There's a great scene of Dennis Quaid in Dreamscape in tight briefs. Nice swimmers physique.
