Use a very low limit credit card or a secondary bank account where you don't have more a hundred dollars. These guys are no doubt thieves. If they want to hack your account, they cannot rob you off more than a hundred dollars.

But one threat remains, your name and other possible data will be leaked to them and that will definitely remain in their hacking database. So it is better to use a crypto wallet.

i would probably only pay with bitcoin. You raise some great points.
I just find all this effort to save money annoys me now that I have a good career earning in US dollars.
