Regarding Bulges and Women's attention.

I was talking with my girlfriend last night because in a past conversation (regarding the indie rock look that's popular where we live) she broght up how these skinny little men walk around with the super tight tapered jeans and they look totally unmasculine and how they don't even have a bulge.

I asked her (just to hear the answer) what she thought of my bulge and she loves it. But then I asked her if on average, women notice things like that, and if that's one of the things they check out first on a guy. Her answer was surprising.

She basically said that neither she nor her friends (single friends) ever look for bulges. That it's the last thing on their minds usually. This prompted a barrage of questions from me, and ended in the understanding that women (at least her core group of friends) simply aren't at all fixated on that area of a man.

Now, I recently posted in another thread about when I caught her coworkers glancing at my package, and I know that it wasn't in my head. But could it be that many of the instances we THINK women are looking, they're really not?

For reference, my GF is 24 and her friends range from 23-27 and are all quite attractive. The single ones look like the type that would be "checking baggage" all night at the bar, but she claims they most certainly do not.

I travel a lot on the Paris metro and quite often I notice women staring at my bulge when I am standing up.

They are extremely discrete about it so I don't think it is something that they would publicly admit to a guy.

I once got busted staring at a woman's camel toe, I wouldn't have admittted that I was looking at it either had she challenged me.

Yeah I definitely understand the whole "not going to admit that" thing. But I assumed that it was something girls would share between each other (like guys do). And according to my GFs experiences, that's just not the case.
Granted I know that this is one specific person I'm talking to, with a very specific group of friends.
I've been caughtstaring at bewbies a few times, and though they didn't call me out on it, had they, I would have denied it. But I would definitely talk about looking at her bewbies with my guy friends. And if my GF asked me if guys notice women's breasts I'd obviously say yeah.

See where I'm going with this?

From what I have gathered, most women will check out a man's ass before his "package" (if they even do that). However, a group of electrical assemblers (mostly 20s and 30s) on the night shift at an aerospace company would notice... and speculate (one of them was sleeping with me and told me about it).

As I posted here a week ago, a woman in a nightclub noticed my bulge and invited me home (according to her, she had never done that before), but it is rare that women will seek a first-time encounter with me because of the size of my package because it usually isn't that noticeable. For most women, it isn't a concern (and probably wouldn't be until they've had their first big one). Some of the women here have said as much.

I think a lot of people get their eyes stuck there for a moment, just like with breasts. Maybe some people are not conscious of doing it.

I saw some science tv show last month where they put special gaze-recording eyeglasses on test subjects in a singles bar. The women were checking guys out like crazy, but either did not admit to it or did not have a recollection of it happening.

I had an appointment with a female eye doctor last week and didn't realize I the shorts I was wearing were displaying a buldge along one leg until I kept noticing her gawking at it.

I tend to lean toward the idea that women are not conscious of doing it, yet do it anyway. But I also feel that until they've had a big one, they don't "seek out" other big ones, as in, they're more interested in checking out a mans butt, or overall figure than just the package. In which case, explains why my GF is noticing more and more men who don't bulge. :biggrin1: It's like her brain is saying "somthing's not right with this picture"

I'm going to start making it a point to get my bulge out there and, if not obvious, at least more noticable. Who's with me?! :wink:

The man does not need to be wearing tight clothes at all..but if is attractive to my eyes as fat, volume, nice moviment and etc... i for sure will notice and will look..with discretion of course!

Not a bad idea, but clearly the women/girls on this site are interested enough in the area that they (more likely) will be checking it out far more than most to begin with. Heck, they're interested enough to join a web forum :tongue:

A few times I thought I've caught girls checking me out with a passing glance, yet other times I will intentionally create a noticeable bulge while going out for a walk just to have a little fun and there won't be so much as a glance. Much like most things, I imagine it's highly dependant on the person(s) in question.

I think that there are definitely some women who don't check out bulges on men. They might look after they know the man and become interested, but maybe not before. I think that women are definitely more discreet when checking out guys. We usually get the deer in the headlights look when we see a beautiful woman but they have a better way of doing it. I have seen a lot of women checking out my crotch on many occasions since I show a bulge in all my clothes. I think that your girl was maybe embarassed to admit it, or she never discussed it with her friends. I have seen women of all ages look, even some that I did not expect. I had a girlfriend that admitted to me that one thing she noticed about me first was my bulge, and that it caught her interest. I asked her if she knew a lot of women who look and she said, yes but they don't admit it. I don't think this holds true for all but it was a good insight into the female mind.

A quick bulge story:
I got a haircut a few weeks ago. Since I had the day off I went in the morning and the place was empty. I got a shampoo before the cut. The woman was early twenties, asian, spoke with an accent, very cute. I was wearing a tshirt and freeballing in low rise jeans. As I was getting my shampoo, she was talking to me and kept bumping into my head with her breasts when she would turn on the water get more shampoo etc. I'm sure it was accidental since the shampoo station was very small. So with her rubbing my head with shampoo, and the bumping and all, I started getting hard. Since I was almost laying down in the shampoo chair I am sure I was showing. I wasn't full hard but I'd say a good semi. I tried not to think about it but the whole asian massage thing kept popping in my head and I couldn't stop the erection. I had my eyes closed (to avoid shampoo) and I decided to check if she noticed. So I look up at her and she is putting shampoo on me but looking directly at my boner. This an interesting thread. I have had guys say/assume that because I show a bulge that women are all over me. While some definately look I don't think it is that high on the interest list. In fact, I recall many times out shopping at a mall perhaps dressed as I am below, and very few women even attempted to look. People are wrapped up in their stuff much of time. And, most of the women I have been with were not really into size.

I agree with other comments that the ladies are more interested in other things. I have gotten more compliments regarding my behind and legs. And, many women probably think that there is something stuffed in there. Speaking of which, this happened to me a number of years ago. I was out with some of my friends at a club. I was wearing somewhat light colored jeans, and showing quite a bit. Well, I did get picked up, and we went to her apartment. She watched me intently as I undressed, and when i dropped my jeans and underwear she started laughing out loud. That was the first time I had gotten that reaction. When I asked her what was so funny she said, "I guess the joke is on me, you really are hung." She when on to say that she thought she was "calling my bluff." She was sure I had something stuffed in my jeans, and was going to expose and embarrass me. So we both laughed.

Anyway, I think those that really check out a guys crotch are in the minority. Of course if your bulge is way obvious, like having a hard-on, then that is different. It will get attention then.

I've been married for 6 years and my wife doesn't like to get into discussions about sex or equipment, etc. However - 2 times she has remarked about a bulge. Once we were on vacation and another couple we met hung out at the pool with us several days.
