From what I understand, they can cause testicle shrinkage. But that's only while on a steroid cycle, and they supposedly return to their normal size after getting off the steroid.

As someone who dated a plastic surgeon, and a good one at that, I can tell you the creed hospital plastic surgeons follow: good plastic surgery is bad plastic surgery. It's the work no one believes someone went under the knife for.
These people going to plastic surgeons that have billboard advertisements and these surgeons need patients to pay for the billboards. People like Reno who seemingly want everything.
There's no damn reason for someone in their twenties to 1) have wrinkles and 2) need Botox for the wrinkles.
