Request: bodybuilder mischa janiec

So y'all got a thread on mischa who is one of my fav vegan bodybuilders but none on Jon Venus, Nimai Delgado, or Brian Turner?
Yeah, I don’t think we’re here because we find his veganism attractive.
Well... maybe an eggplant, a rather large eggplant, in his pants is about the only vegan-related thing we like about him ...
 
That's a lot of muscle for being a vengan I guess...
I thought animal protein was essential for muscle building.
You do know that the animals people eat get there nutrients from plants first before they're killed? Vegans just cut out the middleman and get the nutrients from the primary source.

He’s definitely on one kind of PED, much like the other big vegan body builders.
Just because someone is a vegan bodybuilder doesn't mean that they're on a PED or Steroids ppl love to try and discredit vegan bodybuilders all the time he isn't rich piana

But they're talking about protein here... animals have a much higher protein concentration than plants because they synthetize those from the nutrients you mentioned + other sources

And plants get their nutrients from dirt and sunshine. Let's add that to the menu. Yum, yum. (As already said, protein is what was mentioned, not nutrition in general). It's possible to be vegan bodybuilder, but far more difficult, steroids or not.

Not exactly. Herbivores, like cows, are able to digest things that humans cannot. For example, when cows eat plants, they can digest the cellulose (which makes up a third of the plant) and extract nutrients from it. When us, humans, eat cellulose, it passes right through our GI tracts, helping us poop, and call it “dietary fibre.” But, again, it has zero nutritional value.

If humans eat the cow, then the cow will have made more nutrients from the plants than a human would.
