Retract foreskin when putting on a condom?

Uncut guys, when you put on a condom do you fully retract your foreskin and put it on the bare tip or do you leave your head covered and just put the condom over the foreskin?

I always retract first, more sensation for the head and better gliding motion for the skin. Even with the condom on i can still cover and retract.

I always retract & try to leave plenty of room at the tip , bcuz I tend to produce big loads . If not, the condom is usually ballooned at the tip.

With most of my uncircumcised partners I have put the condom on them. i would retract the skin, put the condom on, then pull the skin back up. I read somewhere that that was the right way to do it.
