Anyone been diagnosed with retrograde ejaculation? What was involved with the exam? I read that they require you to masturbate before the urine sample?

i had a bladder constriction (scar tissue either from heredity, kicked in the groin as a kid, fell on a bike frame perhaps???) and i had rhe scare tissue removed. the problem is unable to pee much, it is very bad for your kidneys. so doctor said a " possible side effect would be retrograde ejaculation, "backfire the doctor said" and unable to father kids , but there wouldnt be a wet spot on the bed! "
if i hadnt had the surgery i would have needed a kidney transplant.
