Wondering if anyone has also got this condition called reverse ejaculation? In my case, I first experienced this almost 10 years ago. It is like just normal ejaculation feeling, but with nothing or very little amount of semen coming out. In stead, the semen goes in the reverse direction through the urethra to the bladder. You can find some semen like stuff in your next piss. Over the years, I have occasionally experienced this reverse ejaculation usually after some intense CBT sessions. I think it may have a causal relationship with my ball stretching and busting fetish?

I believe the correct term is "retrograde ejaculation".

I'm not sure of my situation. I have never seen semen in my urine. For about 20 years I have cum next to, or nothing. A drop now and again and maybe a small squirt on a rare occasion. I'm thinking I have a blockage and I'm planning on asking my urologist if there is a procedure that can be done to check things out. I can still have orgasms, but they are almost always dry. A big difference from shooting a good thick load and very frustrating.

Without evidence of retrograde ejaculation, that could also be a sign of a bladder infection...

I'm taking Finasteride medication daily. It belongs to a class of drugs called 5-alpha reductase inhibitors. It addresses both enlarged prostate and hair loss in the head by lowering the levels of a hormone called dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in the body. By trial and error, I'm taking only 1/3 pill in the morning. If I take 1/2 pill or more, I experience retrogade ejaculation. As I love thwe feel of shooting, I started to take a lesser dose, and my urologist was OK with it.
