It doesn’t look used to me. Just extra skin. Some people have that despite not really using it much. Probably from their diet and huge logs coming out lol.

I have just learned this and I think it’s true 99% of the time. A used hole is almost like coin slot rather than a circle pucker. If the hole is elongated like a slit or an oval, it’s been used. His actual hole is still round. The color of skin around it make it seems used but the actual hole is pretty puckered to me.
