Sex with other people around, probably happens more than many "modern" and sheltered people realize. They say that the places of the world with the least room for more babies, have the most babies. No, I don't think it's lack of education and guidance, but rather, that human reproductive urges do not diminish as humans naturally populate denser. No, I think the point is, that if there isn't enough housing accomodations for actual privacy, then people's "virtual privacy" should be respected, meaning you just don't talk too much about hearing the neighbors having sex through the thin apartment walls some night. Or omit any names from the discussion, to protect the innocent.
Contrary to popular belief, probably not all Americans even, have conveniently enough money for adequate housing, for the size their family is becoming, and as I often say, I do not believe humans should use any means of birth control, hindering the natural flow of human life. I had a neighbor down the way, when I had an apartment, from India, with a 1-bedroom apartment like mine, who had a wife and 2 small children. 2 cribs in the living room. Naturally as a pronatalist, I did not think their family too large for their housing unit size, and welcome anybody to go on having more children, regardless. I would merely consider that a more "efficient" housing population density. Obviously some parents may have their baby crib, inside their master bedroom, convenient to tend to waking babies at night. Babies may think nothing of seeing parents engage in sex, but children may soon grow older, and still be seeing it, in cramped housing arrangments, as even more children continue to be born. Technically a 1-bedroom apartment isn't big enough for a family of 4, but that's for them to decide, but they moved out, presumably into a bigger house. Aren't there still pretty much 1-room efficiencies in the inner city, in which an entire family may share a single multiple-purpose room? Maybe not that common, but not all growing families are just wonderful at budgeting or managing money from poorly-paying jobs, and they have as much right as anybody to have children.
I think it's almost okay and understandable for roommates to see one another having sex, due to "overcrowded" housing, well except that they aren't married, so they shouldn't be having sex anyway. I hardly see why a person should have to leave, to afford actual "privacy," when they live there.
Humans have very powerful reproductive urges, and when "too many" people live too close together, they get used to each other, and if they are sleeping with their mates, they are naturally going to get hard anyway, and want to fuck, even though other people are around. Actual privacy really is a luxury, not so much a necessity.
