They both still love to keep the illusion that they're still together. Ironically I think he'd have a better career if he came out. As a heteronormative eye candy he's kind of run of the mill in Hollywood, but as an out masc gay man in his prime he'd be competitive for all the roles that call for such.
At the very least Ryan Murphy would start putting him in more of his shows. He’s already got one foot in the door with 911.

I highly doubt that I mean just look at Matt Bomer. Matt said in an interview that coming out actually cost him some opportunities and he’s white. If Ryan is part of the LGBTQIA community then he has that and the fact that he’s latino working against him.
