I think he actually did have a real estate career up here in NYC, but it's a super tough market at the moment. He is licensed in FL and GA as well, so I think he left to FL to try down there.
Funny enough, I have been following him for a long time on IG, and when I moved to NYC I emailed him about an apartment he had and he never answered. Oh well, his loss!
