It's not the pictures that make it obscene, it's the manner in which they are being discussed that makes them obscene.

A 46 year old man requesting to see pics of a guy who just turned 18, even though he was maybe 16 or 17 when the pics are taken...it's still not okay.

It's just better to be careful about something as serious as pedophilia. Especially in today's world.

Yes, nude pics would need to be 18 or over. I don't think any of the pics I posted show nudity. He might be 17 when some of them were taken, but again, there is nothing vulgar or pornographic about any of them. Most of them came from his own official website. Gee, I just thought he was a good looking young man that many will watch develop as he enters his 20s.
