I didn't realize he's living across the street from me at Circa. The building is going bankrupt because they haven't adjusted their prices since they have opened. I live in a pricey condo but the rentals in that place are quite laughable, even for a doctor with a hospital around the corner. I suppose they are giving him free rent to see if they can attract some gays to live here. The amenity deck really is the best in California so a view of him at the pool could be worth it.

I had to stop following him. I think he's gorgeous, but his feed has gone from thinking he's the gay Oprah to one huge infomercial. We all need an income, but I don't want to watch him give his smiley pitch for one more paid sponsor. That's all he does now. I think the most annoying part is, Sam is gay. He is well aware why gay men follow him and he's just using that to make money. It would be interesting to know who he looks at online. I'll bet he looks at hot naked guys like the rest of us. Then again, he comes off a bit asexual or maybe just in love with himself and his curated, perfect, privileged life. It's hard to imagine him being sexual, but it's unlikely he isn't considering the attention he puts into and gets for his looks.
