I don't remember the situation it was like 3 years ago, an interview I saw here in Brazil where they were talking about sex and the subject of size showed up, Scarlett was saying that you cant be too small or too big, and said "when you can't close your hands around it, you know you'll get destroyed" or something like that

anyone recall seeing it?

This doesn't seem like the sort of thing people would casually mention in an interview especially if their career depends on their public image.
