I had the pleasure of meeting Scott Caan, while working at a lodge in Park City, Utah during the Sundance Film Festival in 2006.
I initially met him when he had arrived back to the lodge about 2am, after a night of partying- and needed someone to show him how to get to his room. I volunteered, as it's more important to be professional than starstruck. As I shuffled with him to his door, I thought "This is cool."
He opened his door, and he said, "Thanks bro. Later." And he shut the door.
It took me about 10 minutes to get back to the front of the lodge, when he called the front desk, and asked "...for the guy who just walked me to my door..." to come back and bring some towels. For some reason he had needed more.
I grabbed some bath towels, and headed back to his room. I knocked, and he opened the door wide open. He was wrapped in a towel, and reached out for the ones I had brought to him. I handed them over, and he said "Thanks bro. Here, this is for you for keeping this on the low."
He handed over a 100 Dollar bill, I said, "No problem, Mr. Caan."
He turned quickly and I had the benefit of seeing his very nice butt.
That was a good Sundance memory, and he was a chill guy.
