Scott Caan is indeed a good looking man . . . and, now that I think about it, I could have easily guessed he is a surfer.
The scene of him changing with the towel into a wetsuit is just par for the course at any California beach town. I'm inclined to believe that he is in NorCal cuz of the full body suit, which is used year round, but it could have been SoCal if it was winter I guess.
