Looking at this THEN & NOW series, you would really see the big difference of quality of SC guys from the previous owner from the present one. I think Jax and Jeb are only at par with them.

While I agree that the quality of SC models has taken a nosedive (and I suspect that's on purpose, as it doesn't make sense for Men.com to allow Sean Cody to continue to be the jewel in the crown) I think AJ is pretty fine. Amateur video quality notwithstanding, he's a solid piece of man, which is VERY on brand with classic Sean Cody.
