If he buys a house it'll be interesting for sure. These matters are public record so we'd be able to see how much he bought it for and who else's name is on it, prob his mom's or dad's.

I really don't see him owning a house in the near future though. Maybe I'm misunderstanding home ownership, but Sean doesn't seem mature enough. I suppose it depends on what he actually gets, like a townhouse or fixerupper. He'd have to actually take care of things, not just decorate.

Not necessarily. Houses and lands can be bought by trusts. The lender would submit the trust name as the purchaser. This can be named anything, but usually people use their surname in the title, it isn't required though.

Short of a court order, you won't find much information beyond that. This is 100% legal in practically all states across the country. Usually people with lots of assets do this, but so do the wealthy and famous.

I own some land. I have it in a trust. My name doesn't show up in any public records. Even paid services to research these things.

He's kind of like the Alex from Target kid although Alex had his 15 minutes of fame then went off the grid.
Sean has been trying to stay relevant on those 15 minutes for, like, 10 years.

Alex from Target got average looking over time. I used to find Sean meh but the older he gets the more normal and good he looks to me.
