Th is question is geared more towards guys who are str8. Have you ever seen another guy hard if so in what situation, either through clothes or in the flesh?

The one guy I saw in the dorm a few times was a freshman from across the hall. On tuesdays and thursdays we had about the same schedule of waking up and showering, and a lot of times he would come into the bathroom still hard and angling upward usually in boxers and mesh shorts. A few times we would be peeing at the same time at the urinals and I could see the real thing. It was pretty cool seeing him holding it and straining to pee thru a boner. I'm straight and never have participated or recieved any sort of gay sex, hand-jobs, bjs, etc.

And the truth is, I am always surprised by people's stories regarding seeing other men's erections, jacking-off, and so forth. I have never seen a man's erection, other than mine, outside of porn. I rarely even see other men flaccid, and am surprised when I do.

Because it's unusual though, I do remember in detail the times I see other mens' penises. I remember one time when I saw a roomate in college and was shocked at how small he was. Really I think he was probably average, but it's like the topic of the other thread, "feelings on small", it's all relative. On a couple of other occasions, I have seen friends' flaccid penis and have always had the same shock of thinking, "damn I'm pretty big."

But I truly don't think that it is common for straight guys to see other erect men. Straight guys are just never in this kind of position--flaccid...ya, sometimes, but erect...no freakin' way.

Hope I'm not killing any fantasies, but just had to say it as one of the underrepresented hung straight guys.

I agree. And I think this is a major factor in why so many guys are insecure about penis size: most guys have not seen very many erections up close, except for their own. So they can read in a book that their 6" is average, but they only hard-ons they've ever seen are probably in porn, which isn't an accurate cross-section. (Not to mention camera angles and other methods to exaggerate it.) So a lot of guys only have rumors and inaccuracies to compare to, which only feed into some guys' inadequacies.

It didn't occur to me until I was in college that I might be bigger than most, when women started telling me it was the biggest they'd seen. Eventually I started to think that maybe they weren't just flattering me and looked it up at the library. Once I learned that I was bigger than more than 90% of the population, I stopped worrying about it.

On the other hand, I have little personal experience to back this up and I'm only relying on statistical studies. There were stats that showed that Iraq had WMDs too, so who can really be sure?

I may be a unique case, but being involved in athletics in high school and college put me in locker rooms and showers with hundreds if not thousands of other guys. Particularly in wrestling and track and field, it was not uncommon for one of the guys to throw one in the locker room or shower. Not a daily occurance, but not rare. When it happened there was serious razzing and hooting and hollering, but not shameful or unnatural either. Don&#39;t know, maybe we were just a lot more tolerant (or horny? :lol: ) in public school and state university? It was all cool. B)

For example, AIDS advocates tend to list all known AIDS deaths under "people living with AIDS", never mind exactly what the stat "people living with AIDS" implies. Similarly, right-to-lifers list spontaneous abortions (such as from Rh problems) as abortions. And of course, PNAC did so by listing Nigerien uranium and "biological weapons" which turned out to be hydrogen for artillery balloons.

In all fairness to Bush, hydrogen&#39;s a major element of biological weapons. One hydrogen compound in particular is two thirds of the volume of any biological weapon. It also acts as a catalyst in the corrosion of metal, is involved in the formation of acid rain, causes millions of dollars of property damage in the Midwest annually, and has been found in all cancerous tumors. (Can you guess which hydrogen compound I&#39;m talking about here?)
