Well, the position it puts you in is great for self sucking. I would pull myself down using the seat for leverage. I could only do this after a lot of stretching. My word of caution is to do the streatching excercises over a length of time.
Once you get the head in you want more and you will push yourself past your limit too fast.
I used to just get the head in and worked myself up to half, but would have a sore back for a few days afterwards. Then got creamed playing football and that was it for me. Done at 17.
