Hey, I've been doing the beginners jelq routine for about 4 weeks. I've noticed some gains but also as of recently i feel a little less sensitive on my penis even when masturbating. Is this common? Could this be bad?
I did also start a medicine called lexapro which could lower my sex drive apparently (i'm only 21).
    Any advice would be appreciated.

Meds are notorious for affecting your sex life so they're very likely a factor.

A question- when you jelq do you jelq the glans (you shouldn't). Are you doing "Stop and Starts"?

What do you mean jelq the glans? I make the 'okay' sign facing down with my pinky pointing outward. I do about 100 and if it gets too hard i stop and start back up if thats what stop and starts are.

I'm asking if you jelq the actual head of the penis itself.

The Stop and Start is a stamina exercise outlined here: http://www.lpsg.org/95782-free-classic-beginners-pe-routine.html#post1612305
