A question for all the guys who have had increases in the size of their dicks: Have you sacrificed sensitivity for a little extra in length or girth? Have you noticed that the larger you have gotten, the less sensitive your penis has become? Seems to me that all that tugging, pulling, and stretching has to decrease sensitivity to the penis to a certain extent.

Not if it's done correctly and balanced out with stamina work. You can even use a reverse form of the "Stop and Start" to lower your sensory threshold- allowing you to ejaculate more quickly and with less stimulation.

I'm not sure if PE, vasectomy or age (late 40's). or all three.

Some men claim a decrease in testosterone after their vasectomies. Have you had your T-levels checked?
