A simple question: Which singers, male and female, do have what you consider a sexy voice? For me it's Angela Basset, Linda Ronstadt, Emmilou Harris, Cass Elliott, Nancy Sinatra, Suzi Quatro (girls), and for the guys it's Eric Burdon, Billy Ray Cyrus, Louis Armstrong, Sam Cooke, Mark Knopfler, Lou Reed, Ray Davies...

Mmm, good one. I love a nice resonant voice, gives me goosebumps.

I'll have to go with Jim Morrison who just opened his mouth and gorgeous blues came out.

For women, you're going to laugh at this, but I always loved Ann Wilson from Heart, that girl had pipes.

Well if sexy means sends chills down your spine....
I am going to have to say coldplay. Chris Martin in the song "Trouble" and "Clocks" just sends me to a place I have never been. I like songs that are haunting. This other artist is gonna make me sound like a huge 'mo, but the song Christina Aguilera sings about her father on the Stripped album, "i'm ok" or something like that. It is all husky... and that really turns my crank

Oh and Demi moore/Angelina jolie... have GREAT speaking voices... I want them to read stories to me... and then... as they are reading.. talk dirty to each other, and then Jude law comes in, and we all "talk" ALL night long!! mmm a verbal orgy:biggrin1:

Male: the guy from the group Lifehouse who led the song: you and me.

Female: diana ross and christina aguilera

Yes to Angela Bassett, Ann Wilson, Miss Stevie, Kim Carnes, Alison Moyet, Diana Krall plus Tina Turner and kd lang. Men: Marvin Gaye, Luther Vandross and let's say Usher too.

@GoneA: Lifehouse? :ugh1:... We need to talk.

Usher? Please tell me you're joking. He's not even near close to Marvin, or Luther.

It's gonna burn for me to tell you this, Bryan, but I ... I love Usher.
