I know its not common but how many guys shave their body? I’m considering shaving my legs and chest or possibly seeing someone at a spa that specializes in waxing.

Im sure many won’t be into this but I’m going to try it. Anyone ever been waxed? What kind of pain should i expect??

I've never waxed, but for the last couple of years I've shaved my whole body. I can't be bothered to keep up every day - I shave parts of my body in rotation every few days when the hair reaches about 2-3 mm long.

As a cyclist, it's typical to at least have shaved legs (if nothing else than for tradition). But also - it feels amazing! I've also found there are major practical benefits when outdoors - it's way easier to apply sunscreen, easier to clean, and (with increasing risk of Lyme disease) much less prone to catching bugs or ticks.

Do u still shave? I love the feeling of being smooth. I might do this every year now.

I started many years ago when I was a serious cyclist living in South Florida. After moving north, I continued to shave during the summer months because I liked the look / how it showed off my muscle definition and it was great for tanning (yeah, I love the sun).

Not so much the last few years.

I got laser hair removal. Underarms and everything below the waist. My upper body has hardly any hair. Just a little on my belly and arms. I don’t grow any hair thankfully on my chest or back.

have had my genitals waxed (sugarwax) for the last 10 yrs and love the smooth feeling afterwards. Since a few months I switched to laser treatment and have also had 2 thermolysis sessions because of the grey hairs that the laser won't kill. How it feels? Well, that's different for everyone but to me the level of pain is comparable with a decent band aid being pulled from the skin. You'll survive it mate and don't believe the idiotic vids on the internet where 'tough' guys scream from the enormous pain they experience; absolute nonsense

I shave and trim using scissors and a Braun series 3. I feel like the Series 3 is just as good as my Series 9, just quieter and without the head that contours. Just be gentle when tapping the head on a surface to get the hair out of it. The trimmer on the series 3 is a lot better than on the Series 9 too. My shaving is ass and thighs and nipples. Then scissors for chest. And I try to shave my back as much as possible with the Series 3 and this manual back shaver.
