Kinda getting tired of the Camila hate. Even if they're not together, I really don't think she's that heavy of a influence on him (aside from that sunflower tattoo apparently). She's not a perfect person, maybe shes said things people dont like. A lot of famous people do that. Even then, what person is perfect? Everyone has flaws. The post about the banana is just some silly thing he's saying about his friend, which is something I see all the time with people on social media. I just think people on this site are jealous/envious/thirsty maybe a mix of everything to the point where they over-analyze everything about her, so it results in being so hateful that people just drag her down. Ya'll just need to lay off. Shawn is an adult, and he can be dating anyone he wants. Be thankful it's not some celebrity with a worse reputation.

I don’t hate Camilla but she can be held accountable for saying something dumb. It happens. I think the relationship has been good for him - both financially and emotionally. It’s made him way more comfortable with himself so I think that’s a good thing. Granted, I still think he’ll come out as gay in maybe 5/10 years and this thread will look a little ridiculous, but for now, I think messing around with your best friend is something some people need to do in their early 20s.

What's worse than the racist reputation that Camila has? y'all really set the bar low. Her tumblr wasn't some 13 years old tweet. It was vile.

A lot of people think so. It can be taken in context of a guy who wants to come out and be in a relationship with a man but again it could just be to sell more music. Shawn has been trying to get away from the teenage fan base for a while so the next step is gay men and the it’ll be trap music like Bieber is doing now
