Shawn is 20, rich, sexy, one of the most popular musicians and celebrities in the world with huge career momentum... love should not be exhausting.

I read this as her trying to say they’re too busy fucking to go to the studio together (but trying to be coy about it) - not so much that it’s work. Which I could buy - even if Shawn’s bi, he’s still 21 and probably having sex on the reg for the first time.

That’s where the interviewer’s mind went first, but in the clip she immediately dismisses it and clarifies “emotionally”.

I know several straight guys that would wear the same. They’re into being musicians too. Personal anecdotes aside, I think the more offending prospect is having a beard for a partner.

I know plenty of gays who would wear the same see-through shirt for a party. But mostly a bb fuck party (not a bd party) or a circuit party. Lol.

You’re being reductive in the stereotypes, both ways.
There’s even a fine line between a straight guy that’s desperate to please any and every one and an actual gay man. There is a lot of conjecture in this thread about his orientation, that’s true, but then there’s also a lot of obvious. Since I don’t fetishize straightness individual orientation makes little difference to me, but I can promise you this man is family. I can smell it through the screen, and it has nothing to do with painted nails or lacy shirts.
