Someone really can't just live their life and be maybe somewhat inconsistent with their diet and workout routine without having to deal with weird commentary like this?

I'm not saying he has to be shredded all the time. But I do worry that his body does seem to change quite alot in such a sort period of time. It wasn't a criticism but just a notice is all.

Another thing could be that they film their videos months in advance and stuff. They have a bunch of videos to post at the ready so if Shayne's shirtless in a bunch of them it'll all look different compared to all the videos filmed a month after. And they post the videos sporadically so you can get a really old video first and then the next video was filmed last week.

yeah, idk how modern time smosh works, but back in the day, when anthony was still around, they used to film videos months in advance. sometimes you'd be able to tell sorta when they filmed it through lunch time with smosh. like there was a one time where they had lunch with mari and then a few months later she was in one of the smosh videos, i think she was rita repulsa from power rangers.
so what's likely happening is that the videos aren't filmed in sequence and they're far apart, so it looks like he's constantly gaining and losing muscle definition, when in fact, it's quite possible the videos with the lost muscle definition are all from the same time, and the videos with the muscle definition are all from a separate time
