when i cum, i basically dribble. i don't squirt at all. do you guys who shoot for distance just relax and let it rip or do you tense up your muscles or something? is there anything voluntary i can do to work on my distance?

also, i've tried kegels a bit. mostly many short contractions. no luck, although i didnt stick with it very long. should i do fewer longer contractions maybe? what are your thoughts?
 
dude....you've got to stick to kegels. once you strengthen and learn to control them....you'll shoot harder and longer. Once you get used to doing them....its really not that hard Good luck to ya
 
Another factor is how long you jack off for. If I'm going for speed, I won't shoot far or much. I can rub one out in a few minutes, start to finish. Needless to say, that's not what I prefer but sometimes it's what the situation calls for. If I spend some time with it, however, I can really explode. Also, how frequently do you cum? If you're jacking off twice a day, you're not going to cum alot every time. If you only jack once every few days, you'll get a more desirable response. Penile strength, as unabear points out, is also something to consider. Long before I knew about kegels, I was shooting strong so that was never something I looked into.

My advice to you is, spend some time with it (it being your wanking). It's not a race.

yeah, sometimes i get a little spurt when i'm with a woman, but almost never when i'm alone.

i did notice that if i jerk off less often and then as i'm about to come, i sort of do a hard jelq, i build up some distance. the problem with that is that i'm really just manually forcing it out. i dont usually have that opportunity with a girl because i like to rub one out before hand to keep me lasting longer. lasts longer but with a way less impressive finale. i'd like to get it legit.

hi thought i would put a advice in what i do to strengthen my pc muscle is i take my thumb and my fore finger and make grab the beginning of the head of my cock and pull out just enough to feel tension and then ill go and start pulling back just using the pc muscle youll know when it being worked when you feel a lil tension down there dont pull too much i say do that for 5 minutes for a week then try to go for longer sessions hope this helps a lil
 
I just read the wiki article. Apparently kegels have something to do with your testicles rising too?? Mine don't really rise up "into" the body like they used to. I was never a shooter and really, I dont ever remember more than one rising at a time. Is that the sign of a weak shooter?
 
how strong you shoot is mainly due to how strong the muscles around your prostate are, which can be strengthened by kegels. The Cremaster muscle, as I recall, is primarily responsible for the ascent and descent of your testicles. Honestly, I can;t remember if this muscle is involved in ejaculation or not.
