This is just my opinion but it is your penis and the only one making a decision about your penis is YOU along with advise from your Physician. You also may want to get a second opinion from a second Physician. With the nice balls and ball sac you have and a smooth circumcised penis would look really super IMHO. You may want a somewhat loose circumcision if you masturbate much as a tighter circumcision you may want to use a lubricant. I use a lubricant most of the time anyway so with me that was mot an issue. I got my adult circumcision when I was 29 years old and a vasectomy at the same time. The sex did not change that I noticed. Good Luck with your decision on circumcision or no circumcision.
