Wow, have you decided to do anything about it? Contact the website if you didn't want it online/ edited? I think I recall a similar situation that was either posted on here or the former Tumblr years ago where a guy noticed he was video recorded taking a piss in a mall restroom but the original poster blurred his upper body so no face appeared. The guy said he would be ok with the video (yes he too was hung) as long as face wasn't shown.
