Guys what do you think would look bigger to you. A 6.5” x 6.5” or a 8” x 5” ?

The 6 1/2 is both longer then average, and has substantially more girth then average. Eight inches is long as fuck, but much closer to being average girth wise. Because of that, visually I think the 8" would look skinny, while the 6 1/2" would look a little short.
