Once in a while I sleep naked, but usually just a t-shirt and no bottoms.

most of the times i sleep in my boxer briefs with a tshirt or a tank top. Sometimes if i come right out of the shower and go straight to bed, just in my boxer briefs, no shirt. Very rarely i sleep naked, that doesnt happen to often. If i am sick i will wear sleep pants and a shirt.

Most of the time, I'm naked. Some of the time, I'll wear string bikini underwear. Some of the time, I'll wear a pair of gym shorts.

I sleep in cotton broadcloth pajamas, and reading this thread gives me some idea of why I have such a hard time finding new ones: hardly anyone is wearing pajamas anymore, apparently! Sleeping in the underpants that one has been wearing all day seems to me a bit unhygienic; at any rate, I like to let my private parts get some air at night. On the other hand, I don't feel comfortable sleeping with nothing on, especially not during the cooler seasons. So pajamas it is.
