I've decided to try sexting and I found a website called sextingfinder.com. I messaged a couple of guys on snapchat, we exchanged dick pics and everything was fine. Then I found a guy on that website, his profile said he is 18 years old (I was strictly looking only for guys that are 18 years old or older) so I decided to add him on snapchat. He added me back, asked for my age and a pic, so I sent him my age (I am 20 years old) and my dick pic. He sent his pic in return and then I remembered that I forgot to verify his age. I asked for his age and he said he is 17 years old. I was so terrified I immediately deleted my snapchat account, but after 2 minutes I got an email from snapchat saying that my account has been permanently locked for violating community guidelines or terms of service. I am so terrified that the police will get involved, I am constantly panicking. Maybe someone has been in this kind of situation and can help me.

You should be fine.
A) Most people wouldn't even bother "reporting" this;
B) You kinda did mess up cause where are the good manners? Why do y'all just send your dick in the first snap you ever send. What about saying hey, trading face and all that. Avoids huge red flags like this;
C) It's like... 99% unlikely you got that account permanently locked due to that issue in particular. It was most likely something else you did.

Thanks for your answer. I just can't think for another reason why my account got banned, and the timing doesn't help here - I got that email approximately 4 minutes after he wrote his age. Maybe snapchat somehow scanned the messages or something.
Usually that doesn't happen.
I've been in a situation similar to that before and never got banned. In my case, I didn't trade nudes cause I always trade face first (it helps avoid these issues cause you can "sometimes" tell ahe by the face).
