Well, my flaccid penis is about 4.5" and 5" thick (pics in gallery). Erect it is 7" and 5.2". I will put up erect pics later.

However, flaccid can fall as low as 3.5" and go as long as 6". Varies really. Somehow, girth doesn't change much with the erection, although, admittedly, I have never measured girth when 100% erect.
