It's not a different version. It's the first season (early episodes, etc.) before they decided to retool it and make it seem like two guys were sharing urban legends in a bar, rather than a narrator telling us an urban legend as if it were true.

I remember the ep name "good will" i saw the version of two guys and other version where the actors themselves narrates as confessions.

Yes, they would do "confessionals" throughout but there was also a man's voiceover, telling the story as if it were menacing. Whatever the case, this was just their early approach to the show before making it more lighthearted with the guys in the bar.
