In the scene (I linked above), there is a part where she goes to give oral sex but you can't see because her head is blocking the view. A lot of porn stars were involved in "Sex Court" and so I think, because it was being produced by a porn star, they were more lenient about not crossing the line in a way that an actual film production would be that has a legitimate story involved. I always thought she meant she sucked his dick after the shoot but after watching the clip, it seems like something that's happening in secret. In another "Sex Court" segment, a man eats a strawberry being told it will make his semen taste good and when the actress is "simulating" oral sex, the bailiff comes over and looks and says "oh, my God..." and laughs at what she's witnessing. It doesn't sound like it's scripted but a real reaction to the going-ons on set.
