Judging by your picture, I think you would look great in a speedo style swimsuit, it really doesn't matter how big your cock is, since every guys cock shrinks in water anyways, so its really impossible to tell how big a cock really is when a guy is wearing a speedo.

If I were you, I'd go for Speedo brand (not black) with the smaller side (evidently there are two side-lengths). Experiment with tying the two ends of the waist cord so that it makes a loop. I personally don't recommend speedo brand swimwear as I find that they fit too tight and don't allow any room for the "tackle" I definitely wouldn't wear a speedo brand suit for recreational wear, I'd only wear one if I was a diver or competitive swimmer and wanted everything to be very tight up front and held in place all squished up to my body.
I do like suits with about 2 inches on the sides as this way there is some coverage, but not too much. I've never done any of the crazy wrapping the waist cord around my genitals as I personally don't think its comfortable and want things to just hang naturally.
I think the true test of wearing a speedo or any other form fitting suit is not your genital size, but the size of your waist, abs, legs, ass, and overall body size. If you're in shape you'll look good in it regardless of how much your junk shows. You look like you have a nice flat tummy with a trim waist, and I think you'd look fine in one. Try to find the right size though, a speedo should fit well, but don't buy it too small or too tight. It shouldn't look like you're packing yourself into a sardine can.

I'd say overall body is more important that bulge size, also agree with the proper sizing as if a suit is too tight it will be uncomfortable after a long day in the sun and will hurt if you have to wear it too and from the beach under your shorts, but if its too big it will feel uncomfortable in the water.

If you have a lighter skin tone I think you can still look good in a speedo, it just needs to be a darker color like blue or black, rather than some wild color.
I'm with lurkerlad. It also depends on where you are wearing it. At some beaches bikini-type suits are what men wear. At others, anything other than board shorts is too small.
A guy with a flabby, soft, pasty body is going to look yucky no matter what he wears. Wait until you get to your destination and shop for a suit at one of the local shops. The sales staff will usually be able to tell you, as soon as you walk in, what is "best" for you. Resorts always have suits. They're not like inland stores that only carry suits a few weeks out of the year. Of course, you don't have to take their advice but my experiences have been satisfying in that regard. (Especially when buying jeans!?!)
I think a speedo can be appropriate at any pool or beach as long as it is in a more conservative style rather than a pouch style or a thong style that makes it look like your trying to show off, don't let un written rules of what you think is approprate dictate what you wear, as if you do this you will never opt to wear a speedo, I've had a huge speedo collection for years, but haven't really started wearing them until super recently.
I would NOT wait until you get to the destination to buy a speedo, as I have found that the suits in resort stores are of weird off brands, and are usually less durable and over priced and that the staff is no help at all this is especially true at the beach stuff stores, though might be different if there is an actual mall with real swimwear stores that sell nothing but swimwear, but this would depend on your destination.

Hey Pollit: You're good to go. Go buy a Speedo and wear it proudly. IMO, a Speedo looks best on a lean, fit, athletic guy. For me, fitness would matter more than dick size as to whether or not a guy looks good in a brief lycra swimsuit.
