From the looks of it, Season 3 seems to be when both the Lab Rats crew and Spencer himself took notice of his inherent sex appeal; Adam started wearing tighter clothing and finding excuses to undress. Not to mention it was around 2014 that the public was suddenly treated to all those pap pictures of him in Santa Monica with his tits out.

He was usually smooth all the time… I wonder if it’s in the Disney contract that the boys have to be smooth? He only had pit hair the time of his disney contract and bits of stubble but regularly smooth.
That sounds about right. He was supposed to play a high schooler so it check out.
Can't be an ironclad Disney rule, cause Hutch Dano was pretty hairy when he starred in Zeke and Luther, even before he turned 18.
