I don't know the specific mechanism and I doubt there has been much research into the subject. That said, I have only had it with one partner, and somewhere between dribbles and squirts. While swinging, I have had the opportunity to practice this, but there is a mental aspect as well as physical. A woman can squirt without orgasaming, they are not the same thing. A woman will squirt when her skene glands are stimulated. There are two of them, one on either side of her urethra. The fluid comes out of her urethra, but it is not pee. If she did not empty her bladder beforehand, she can release urine while squirting. It is near the G-spot, but not the same thing.
