A Viagra substitute. Most of the herbals with Yohimbe are. I doubt that any one there has E.D. Recreationally, men use this stuff to maintain a hard on all the time instead of going "semi" and then getting hard again, that is natural if there is no mental or physical stimulation present. They have more of a "fuller" look and appear to always be ready. PLUS another possible use is multiple orgasms without ejaculations in order to "last" longer. The final use is getting hard again faster after shooting the first load. IOW, they want to be teenagers again!

Problem with any of these is that these fly-by-night companies put everything but the kitchen sink in this crap. They are probably not teenagers if they need to take it in the first place. There are some ingredients that can adversly affect men taking other meds, like for hypertension. Yohimbe can cause anxiety, increased resting heart rate, insomnia and other nasty sides. These also typically use Hawthorne that also has nasty sides.

You really don't know what you are getting and at what potency. Capsules within the same bottle can have differing amounts of each ingredient. There is no standardization or regulation regardless of what is advertised (doctor certified, blah, blah, blah, all bullshit) and the reviews are all phony (with possibly the exception of the ones on Amazon).

Just like with medical E.D drugs, they also affect different men in different ways.

Most insurance now covers up to 65% of E.D. drugs (up to 6 at a time with virtually unlimited refills) and if guys can afford the outrageous costs of these silly herbs, they should really spend a little more for an medical Rx. They all have sides but they are known sides and expected. Herbs are just a crapshoot.

I hope this helps.

All of that is basically true for most of the herbal ED products and aphrodisiacs.

Stamina Rx was also noteworthy, when it first came out, for containing a certain amount of Cialis. Cialis hadn't yet been approved for use in the U.S., even with a presription, and the FDA made the company that was making Stamina Rx reformulate it.

If you're going to take any herbal aphrodisiacs, it's best to avoid the combination of ingredients products and instead try them individually, one at a time, in small doses, so that you can see if there are any adverse side effects. It's an especially good idea to get a home blood pressure monitor, since some herbal products can raise your blood pressure to undesirable levels. (E.g., yohimbe, mucuna pruriens, oriental ginseng, and siberian ginseng, among others). And before you take anything, it's also a good idea to search the internet to see if there are any reports of side effects and interactions.

I've experimented with a few individual herbal products, and the only one that I have found that had some benefit and no apparent undesirable side effects has been muira puama, which causes a certain amount of libido enhancement by increasing genital sensitivity.

I've used Stamina RX and it does work but depending on the person the side effects can suck, the only side effect I get is, I can't get to sleep after a night of sex

I've also used orexis and it didn't have the same effect as the Stamina RX and it gave me a migraine headache the next day, not sure if it was the pills or it just happpen.
