All of that is basically true for most of the herbal ED products and aphrodisiacs.
Stamina Rx was also noteworthy, when it first came out, for containing a certain amount of Cialis. Cialis hadn't yet been approved for use in the U.S., even with a presription, and the FDA made the company that was making Stamina Rx reformulate it.
If you're going to take any herbal aphrodisiacs, it's best to avoid the combination of ingredients products and instead try them individually, one at a time, in small doses, so that you can see if there are any adverse side effects. It's an especially good idea to get a home blood pressure monitor, since some herbal products can raise your blood pressure to undesirable levels. (E.g., yohimbe, mucuna pruriens, oriental ginseng, and siberian ginseng, among others). And before you take anything, it's also a good idea to search the internet to see if there are any reports of side effects and interactions.
I've experimented with a few individual herbal products, and the only one that I have found that had some benefit and no apparent undesirable side effects has been muira puama, which causes a certain amount of libido enhancement by increasing genital sensitivity.
