It seems to me that the occurrence of straight guys that like to compare is growing more and more.

As a straight guy, I really do not see the reason for it.

Why would a straight guy actively want to see another guys cock to compare? What is the reason for it?

Is this a search for self confidence that you have a bigger dick than another guy? If so what is the sensation with first seeing the cock then proceed with showing your cock to the other guy.

It seems to me that a lot of straight guys are more open about their sexuality and have found this comfortable.

I believe comparing is part of life since we live as a society and are always under competition in everything we do.

About the size thing though, it seems it happens with the most insecure guys who think their size is not enough for a woman's pleasure, which is stupid because most women don't care about it and the ones who care seem satisfied by an average size. I've never seen a woman who needed a gigantic penis to have pleasure.

Talking about myself, I've never compared my penis with another one in person and don't have plans to do that. My girlfriend loves my penis in lenght and girth, therefore I'm not worried.

Locker rooms are often full of men in nude to simi-nude states of existence. If you are in the locker room to change and happen to see another persons genitalia[; or be seen. so what. I'm of the opinion that most comparing between straight guys takes place on or before college age--a dudes body has just gone through some radical changes and he might just want to see how he stacks up against the competition--and I think its more subtle than "Lets whip em out, get em hard and compare"--more like in a locker room, at a beach, in a dorm changing clothes or something--taking a look to see . . . That's how, in my opinion, a straight guy would compare--beyond that gets into stages of bisexuality . . .

I kind of agree and disagree a little bit. I think your right that it is not an exclusively "millennial" thing, I do however think because the "millennial" generation has more or less grown up in an entirely digital age I think it is somewhat more prevalent and probably less taboo.

Either way if we bet a beer on it, first round would still be on me.

I can relate to what you are saying . i want to add to this.A person could be going thru puberty and start to grow a little peach fuzz here and there. and began to feel mannish/ cocky. Because they are beginning to develop into a man. Some one may say just because you have peach fuzz on your chin or growing arm pit hair you think are a man. Dude may say i have hair growing down there too. They may go to a club house, fort or someone's home whose parents are not there and show them his hair or growing member.
