Because sex has to be consensual from BOTH parties. Some might not want to have sex with a woman who used to be a man. Saying that is prejudice is ridiculous (but totally expected as a response for the internet and 2021). They don’t have to want to fuck someone born a man. This isn’t speaking on someone’s character or rights - it’s sex. Everyone is into different things. And everyone has to consent.

So if you're blonde but naturally have brown hair, do you have to tell your partner you had brown hair? Cause what if they don't consent to sex with brown haired people

I apologize for not contributing to the thread in which other users may want, but just wanted to input my opinion— on which I acknowledge no one has asked for or wants.

I understand what you’re trying to say here, but I disagree on the way you say it. I genuinely don’t believe that you think that hair color and gender reassignment are similar scenarios in which one needs to disclose to their partner.

A heterosexual man wanting to be with a biological woman is not a “prejudice” toward transgendered persons. As much transgender people state that its not a choice, it's who they are, they should be the first to understand that a straight man wanting to be with a biological woman is who they are, it isn't a choice. As the other user stated it is just sex, but I think it’s pretty unfair to the other person not disclose that information.

Trans women ARE biological women. It's literally science: article
A straight man wanting to be with exclusively cis women is indeed what he is: a transphobe. Trans people are not obligated to disclose anything to make transphobes feel comfortable. Life has never been fair to trans people, why do we have to advocate for it to be fair to transphobes?
