Why would I want to purposeful tease someone staring at me knowing that even if his staring meant he was sexually interested in me, I really didn't want to do anything with him? How might someone (an actual straight guy and not a "straight" guy) respond if they were looking at you for a non-sexually reason and you started throwing up signs you might be interested in them? Some might not respond very well.
