I bought the following supplements (in mind I have a rock hard erection and most in the list are as far as I know great for this purpose)
Now if are here some experts and users with a large resource of knowledge regardsappropriate use of these supplements I kindly please for some advice.
Im interested in proper daily dosage.

This is the list ;

L-Arginine a-Ketoglutarate AAKG 1.5kg
Ginkgo Biloba Leaf P.E. 24/6 100g
L-Citrulline DL-Malate 100g
L-Tyrosine 250g
Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALCAR) 100g
Zinc Gluconate 500g
L-Lysine HCL 500g
L-Ornithine HCL 100g
L-Phenylalanine 100g
Betaine Anhydrous (TMG) 500g
Red Wine Extract Powder 250g
Grape Seed P.E. 95% 250g
Pine Bark Extract 250g

I can find many advise but there are mostly false net vendors information but for me my health is the most important.

L-Arginine take 1 Gram 3x day but also add 30mg Zinc. I would not take each day though as the body seems to get use to the Arginine and it stops working. Looks like the rest of the supps you list here (with maybe 1 or 2 exceptions) can be found in almost any good multi-vitamin for athletes
as indicated by the amino acids.
