I am a competitive swimmer my team wears matching speedos and like everyone before said they are very tight to reduce drag. The average person would probably be really uncomfortable walking around in them, but swimmers get used to them so quick we dont even care lol

I just got a speedo square cut. So I swim with that at practice.
