He’s had sex with several cis women and 1 trans woman, and yet only slept with 1 trans man and no cis men (AFAWK). Let’s use our thinking caps, it’s safe to assume he’s straight.

Trans men are men. Trans women are women.
Sex workers have sex with people of all genders, and it doesn't mean they necessarily identify this way or that. Sexual acts ≠ sexual orientation. You can agree with this or disagree with this statement. I do not care.
Frankly, I also do not care what his sexual identity is, and the only person who can answer that is him—not random people on a porn-sharing forum. If he has sex with trans men (or cis men, for that matter), but still identifies as straight, that's his prerogative and up to him to decide. It's called "G4P" and it's old news in the porn industry.
